Do you already have surfexperience and you want to bring your surfstyle to the next level? With our surf coaching lessons in Agadir area we focus on your progress to surf green waves, learning to turn your surfboard and maybe even do some nice trics!
The daily lessons of the surfschool: Surf Paradise Morocco starting on one of the beautiful beaches in the area. The experienced and certificated surfinstructor will go with you into the water to coach you in the line-up. This is because in the water he can help you with catching green (open) waves and give your personal tips.
The groups are small – from 1 till 6 persons, so we can focus on your personal level and abilities. Like this you can progress fast and get a lot of waves to practice on!

Location
Agadir is a city on the coast in the South of Morocco. It is located next to famous surfers village Taghazout & Tamraght. This city and villages are blessed with stunning beautiful beaches and great waves. As a surfer yourself you have probably heard already about this location. This area is perfect for intermediate surfers, and therefore you should really surf in this area!
We give the surflesson on beaches around Taghazout, Tamraght, Agadir and Imesouane.
Every morning we drive to the best surfspot in the area to find waves that fits your level.
Waves that fit your level: intermediate surfer
As intermediate surfer it is very important that you get the change to surf waves for your level. You need to find that sweet spots between challenging yourself on a good level and not too big and difficult waves If you surf on too big waves as it’s getting to .
The surfcoaching
Surf coaching on your level on the best waves possible that suits your ability, this is what our surf coaching stands for. As passionated and professional surfers we know what you need to progress your surf in no-time. Learning how to catch green waves by yourself, learning to turn your board, savety in the line-up and surfing all the way down to the beach are lessons that you will learn. The surfinstructor brings your surfequipment: a softboard and wetsuit for your size.
Starting with a warming up
As soon as everybody did settle down on the beach under the parasols we start with a warming up. A warming up is important for the body to reduce injuries. After the warming up there is a theory lesson where the surfinstructor explains you about the surfspot that you will surf on and on what you should focus on today.
Into the water!
After the theory you will go as soon as possible into the water towards the line-up. Together with the small group the coach will help you to catch your first green waves. The coach is there to give you personal feedback and help you finding the right waves. As intermediate surfer you want to be in the water and catch many waves to get more experience with many different waves.
Down time
After surfing it’s time for a break and a delicious lunch on the beach. Relax, enjoying the sun and maybe even play some beachgames: (volleybal or beachbal)
More surf!
After the afternoon break there is time to go back into the water and practice what you’ve learned in the morning. The surfinstructor will watch you and give you more feedback.
Around 16:00 it is time to head back to your accommodation: the surfinstructor will drive you back and hopefully we will see you back for another day! We will send you awesome surfpics to your e-mail!
Surfspots where we surf
Our surfschool is not located on one location. We go with cars to the best surfspot of the day so we can guarantee you the best waves possible! We surf on different surfspots between Agadir and Imesouane.
Surfboard and wetsuit rental
You can rent a board and wetsuit in our surfschool, we have multiple sizes and shapes of boards: shortboards, fishboards, longboards etc. Also we have wetsuits with different ticknesses that fits the water temprature in Morocco.
If you have your own board you can also bring your board on your flight, like this you can practice with your own board.
The group: The surf coaching for intermediate surfers is given in small groups from 1 till 5 persons. Like this we can guarantee the personal character of our lessons.
Practical info
Times: We pick you up at 10:30 from your accommodation in: Agadir, Tamraght or Taghazout.
From here we go to the best spot to surf. The surflessons are ending around 16:00. The transfer brings you back to your accommodation.

The instructors
Hi! I’m Tarik, a motivated and passionated surfer that is always smiling haha! You want to learn how to surf? I will get you on your board riding your first waves in no-time! Come to my surflessons and you will have besides learning how to surf also have a lot of fun. In my free time I like to repair broken surfboards and make designs on surfboards.
Dive into the ocean with me! I’m Salah and maybe the most quiet one of the group but I really enjoy it to see you in some waves. I have a lot of patience in the water what is very important if you are choosing the right waves. After surf I like to drink some Moroccan tea during sunset, you are welcome to join! 
The surfguide
Zouhir is Moroccan surfchampion 2007 & 2008, coach of young upcoming pro-surfers and founder of Surf Paradise Morocco. He loves to share his deep passion for surfing with travellers from all over the world. Are you an intermediate or advanced surfer? Then you will definitely going to surf with Zouhir during the surfcoachings or surfguidings! Since he was just a little kid he was already surfing the big waves of this area so he knows exactly where the waves works the best. He is really motivated to get you to that next level. Also Zouhir loves to make videos and analyzing your surf during the evenings to progress your surf even better.

Great to welcome you in sunny Morocco and great to meet you! I’m Suzanne: born and raised in Holland but now living in the collorful Morocco for already 10 years. I did set up our small and cozy surfcamp in Morocco together with my husband: Zouhir, who is also national surf champion and pro-surfer. Together with our team we love to welcome you and show you not only the touristic side of Morocco but also the raw and pure Morocco that is very beautiful aswell! We have experienced that it is all about the beautiful people that you meet along the road, the fantastic memories you make and the endless fun that you had that makes a holiday unforgettable. That is why we as team not only offering you the best service possible but also connect with you and share our deep passion of surfing and yoga with you!

The private surflessons are suitable for kids from 7 years old. Also they need to be able to swim and feel confident in waves.

With over 330 days of sunshine a year you can visit Tamraght all year long. In the wintertime (dec-feb) there are some strong swells for the advanced surfers, you have the change to surf the big famous waves of Morocco! In summertime you there are small or medium waves, this is more suitable for beginners. In the wintertime there are tempratures around 15-20 degrees and the watertemprature is around the 15 degrees. The rain is very rare in this area so you’ll have great weather trough the whole year!

All the year trough the swell is working somewhere here in the area of Tamraght. You want to see or surf the big waves you see on the movies online? Then you definitly have to visit us during wintertime. But you will always get a great surf and we’re open throughout the year.
Yes! If you have your own surfequipment you may bring it and you. Check your airline for the possibilities to bring your board on the flight.

The surf in Morocco
We are in LOVE with this location! The area of Tamraght, Taghazout and Agadir is just amazing for surfing. The Atlantic ocean offers year round waves and swell. The unique location of this area makes that there are many surfspots centered here.
Within just 30 minutes driving there are up to 25 surfspots for every level!
Where do we surf during the intermediate surflessons?
We pick you up from your accommdation or meet you on our meeting point close to the surfschool in Taghazout / Tamraght. From there on we go to one of the surfspots in the area.
It’s very important to surf on waves for your level. During the intermediate surflessons you should surf on medium open waves on a sandy beach.
If you do multiple days you will probably surf every day another surfspot!

We drive with cars to one of the 30 surfspots in the area where we’ll spend the day surfing and enjoying the beach. Not one day is the same!
