With each participation of the activities or stay at surfcamp Surf Paradise Morocco, you will automatically accept our terms and conditions and the following terms and conditions automatically take effect:
The guides reserve the right to change a previously indicated program, If this is in the interests of the group. Also, the guides reserve the right Participants to exclude (further) participation if, in their opinion, mental or physical problems reveal themselves to such an extent that the trip or course is considered or threatened in their judgment. This provision also applies in case of misconduct. All resulting consequences and costs are borne by the excluded. The person concerned is not entitled to a refund of the fee or part there of. As a participant from own Movement stops his trip prematurely or does not want to participate in a part of the trip, he / she is not entitled to a refund of the travel sum or part there of and may additional costs incurred by the participant.

Following Cancellation Fees apply for accommodation & packages:
– More than 7 days before check in date, Free cancelation
– Less than 7 days before check in date, 20% of total amount invoiced
– Less than 24hour before check in date, 80% of total amount invoiced
– After your check-in, 80% of total amount invoiced
Cancellation of single activities
– Surfing: till 09:30 in the morning
– Activity: till 09:30 in the morning
– Dinner: till 18:00
With every cancellation affecting the number of participants, the total amount invoiced will get reevaluated/recalculated and the customer will receive an updated invoice.
Do not want to pay cancellation costs? Then take out a cancellation insurance when you book a trip. You can do this at any insurance company that offers cancellation insurance.
Sign up for activities
You can sign up for activities till:
– Surf & activity on the program: till 09:30AM
– Activity on request (activity not on the program) : till 22:00PM (the night before)
– Dinner: till 18:00
– Breakfast: between 09:00 and 11:00
Surf Paradise Morocco is generally not liable for damage, theft, loss, injury or accident causing the participants, volunteers or visitors at Surf Paradise Morocco. Surf Paradise Morocco is not responsible for accidents, traffic obstacles, and delays of the means of transport, the consequent postponement of fixed dates and for any additional costs arising for the participant.
Also, no Liability for damage incurred by the participants by using any accommodation or materials provided by our organization, including hotels, surfing materials, etc. The participant of the surflesson/surfguiding/surf drop off/ surf material usage is fully responsible for all surf equipment that is given to them, any damages or lost items will be charged on the user / tenant. Neither can we be held liable for delay and / or damage by participants as organizers. due to mechanical breakdown, crossing over borders, Natural disasters (eg earthquakes), revolution, wars, strike, disease or other causes.
The participant/user is liable for all damaged, theft or loss of the materials provided by Surf Paradise Morocco. The participant/user has to pay the lost or damaged equipment.
Each participant is required to have a valid passport. For a trip to Morocco is required to comply with this requirement. If you can not show a valid passport upon arival, you will be refused on your flight and upon arrival at the hotel.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel cancellation insurance is not included in the price. We recommend the conclusion of such, as well as luggage and travel health insurance. Participants are required to have a travel insurance. For travelling to Morocco you need to complete a travel insurance with world coverage! These obligations, which we set as a travel organizer, serve exclusively for the protection of the participant (due to high medical, S.O.S. or transportation costs). Inform yourself with your insurance company.
We offer a Surf Paradise Morocco surfequipment assurance to cover damage to surfequipment. You can book the surfequipment assurance online on the bookingspage of the website.
6. Surf Paradise Morocco surfequipment assurance
The Surf Paradise Morocco surfequipment assurance is covering all damages to surfboards or wetsuits rented at the surfschool of Surf Paradise Morocco, during the surflessons, surfguidings, and surf drop off’s. The assurance is also covering any lost or theft items of the surfequipment of Surf Paradise Morocco. The assurance is not covering any physical injuries, or medical assistance. Also it is not covering any damages that are made outside the surf lessons, surf guidings or beach drop off’s. Neither it is covering any damages to surfequipment or physical injuries of other organisations or people. The surfassurance is valid for 1 week. The price for the surf assurance is 20,- EUR per week.
7. participation of the program
Every customer need to sign up at least one night in advance of the program. Surf Paradise Morocco is not responsible for the decision of the customer that decides to not participate during the activities. It is the customers responsibility if he decide not to participate in connection with illness, motivation, delays, change of travel plans, golf conditions, or weather conditions. If the customer has registered the day in advance, and the activity continues, the full amount will be charged. If the customer want to sign up later than the time period specified above, the staff of Surf Paradise Morocco has the right to decide if the customer can participate the activity.
The customer who participates in the program with his own transport will receive a discount. This amount will be agreed in advance. If one arranges transport on its own but participates the program (such as surf lessons, surfing, day trip to paradise valley or imesouane) the calculated costs will be charged to the customer. Surf Paradise Morocco is not responsible for any delays of the customer.
Modification or changes of the course of an event/activity cannot be ruled out. Especially in case of wave shortage, insufficient participants or danger caused by weather conditions the course of an event – such as surf lessons or other activities – might get changed or an alternate program might get offered.
In such cases the customer is not entitled to claim for proportionate or full reimbursement of the travel costs / price. In cases the activities are changed because of insufficient participants, the costs of the activity are reimbursed
8. Physical Conditions
The participant acknowledges and agrees that Surf Paradise Morocco has no control in respect of weather, surf or other physical conditions during your stay at Surf Paradise Morocco. Surf Paradise Morocco is accordingly not liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience to any participant or any property of any participant arising from all or any of these factors.
9. Customer Property
Each participant is solely responsible and liable for safekeeping of all the property of the participant. Surf Paradise Morocco has no responsibility for any loss through theft, breakage or otherwise of any property of any Customer.
Surf Paradise Morocco reserves the sole and exclusive right to decide whether beach conditions, weather or other factors make any particular activity on a surf camp unsafe or inadvisable and Surf Paradise Morocco may terminate any camp at any time for any reason without refund.
Surf Paradise Morocco reserves the sole and exclusive right at its absolute discretion to refuse any person, including any Customer or volunteer, for any reason to participate in any surfcamp or any part of any surfcamp whether that person has previously paid for a surf camp or not.
Where Surf Paradise Morocco supplies equipment to any participant Surf Paradise Morocco gives no warranty as to the condition or fitness of such equipment but will use its best endeavours to ensure that adequate equipment is made available. The participant/user/renter will pay for all damage to equipment provided by Surf Paradise Morocco.
13. Directions & Instructions
The participant must obey all directions and instructions from Surf Paradise Morocco’s staff and must not disturb other participants in any surfcamp or interfere with the Surf Paradise Morocco instructors’ ability to conduct the surfcamp in a safe and secure manner.
No participant/volunteer must damage, deface or remove any object from any beach or any of the equipment being used in Surf Paradise Morocco.
Surf Paradise Morocco reserves the absolute right at its discretion to remove from the surf camp any customer who does not comply with these terms, without refund.
Surf Paradise Morocco reserves the right to inspect any bag or other container brought to Surf Paradise Morocco by any Customer.
17. Drugs & Alcohol
No Customer is permitted to bring any drug or alcohol to the surf camp without the express prior written permission of Surf Paradise Morocco.
18. Basic Requirements
The basic requirements for all participants/volunteers/surfers are that they must be able to swim and over, be of sound mind and in good health. Surf Paradise Morocco reserves the absolute right at its sole discretion to require any participant to undergo any test to assess whether the participant is capable of participating at Surf Paradise Morocco.
19. Medical Conditions
The participant hereby declares that the participant does not suffer from any medical condition which may prevent the participant undertaking the surf camp, including but not limited to acrophobia, epilepsy, dizziness, limb or back injury, angina or other heart condition, severe or uncontrolled asthma, visual impairment, depression or recovering from recent surgery.
20. At Own Risk
Each guest/volunteer/visitor/surfer participates Surf Paradise Morocco at his or her own risk.
21. Personal Information
All personal information including name, contact number & email address is used solely for the purpose of the booking at Surf Paradise Morocco and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of surfcamp Surf Paradise Morocco.
22. Use of Pictures, Data and Data Protection
The participant consents that he/she will be photographed during events and activities and that Surf Paradise Morocco will use those pictures for marketing purposes. You can revoke this agreement in writing anytime. The customer agrees that the collected data will be used for purposes of market research and advertising. With regard to the registered data of the participants Surf Paradise Morocco shall be obligated to observe legal data protection and media law stipulations. In particular we will treat your data confidentially. The participant is authorized to revoke this consent in written form at any time.
23. Access in the surfhouse surfhouse
When staying in the surfhouse please note that the guests don’t have access to the kitchen and other private area’s of the property. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is forbidden.

24. Check-in Check-out
From 15:00 to 22:00 on the pre-agreed dates, check-in is possible.
From 07:00 to 12:00 on the pre-agreed dates, check-out is possible.
Surf Paradise Morocco is not liable for arrival to the surf camp and provide from the surf camp. We do, however, offer extra services such as: an airport transfer and a meeting point. The liability of the services starts from the moment of check-in and ends at the time of check-out.
Check in earlier than 15:00? It is possible that your room is not ready when the previous guests have not checked out yet. You can hand over your luggage free of charge at our service desk. You can check in from 15:00.
Check in later than 22:00? It is possible that our hosts are no longer present and only our night service is on duty. You can not check in anymore and your reservation will be put on a now-show. If you have communicated your late arrival in advance, you can still enter your room and check-in will take place the next morning.
Earlier check out than 07:00? If you wish to check out earlier than 07:00, you must pay the check-out the night before.
Check out later than 12:00? You check out at 12:00 and you can store your luggage for free at the service desk. You must leave your room at 12:00. If you do not leave your room at 12:00, an extra night will be charged in the price.
25. Luggage storage
You can leave your luggage at the service desk for free before your check-in and after your check-out. Surf Paradise Morocco is not responsible and liable for your stored luggage.
26. Services offered
When agreeing on the reservation and booking agreement you can expect the following services:
1. You can stay in the agreed room on the agreed dates. The room is clean and the beds are made. At Surf Paradise Morocco we distinguish between a private or a shared room. If you stay in a private room you will stay in one of our different private rooms, the rooms have different decorations and different views. If you stay in a shared room, you will get a bed in our shared room. The room is shared with a maximum of 8 people. The photos of the room may vary slightly due to aging of the photos on the website. The bathrooms at Surf Paradise Morocco are shared with other rooms.
2. Surf Paradise Morocco offers the pre-agreed services. This with the terms and conditions in mind that may affect your reservation and stay in the surf camp.
3. The host will do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible within the guidelines used. The host applies his code of conduct and adheres to the agreements made + terms and conditions. The host is never directly liable. Do you have a question or complaint? Then contact these hosts directly. These will immediately see if a solution can be found. Do you not find a solution with your host? Contact the manager.
4. Do you disagree about a decision?
Complaints can be sent by email within 3 weeks. Please add evidence + your story. Our committee will treat your complaint with care, to which a final judgment will be given.
