Small Group Lessons Tailored to Your Level
We keep our groups small — with a maximum of 8 students per instructor — and split lessons based on your surf level. Beginners start in the whitewater, while intermediate surfers head into the line-up for real wave riding with expert guidance.

Discover a variety of breaks, from powerful reef and point breaks to fun beach breaks, all within reach of our surfcamp in Tamraght.

Exiting post surf activities
There is so much more than just surf! Enjoy activities like sandboarding, skateboarding, a daytrip to paradise valley, visiting the traditional hamam, a 2day trip to the waterfalls of Ouzoud. And so on!

Sunsets & Chill Surf Camp Atmosphere
Our rooftop terrace is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the waves. Meet other surfers while enjoying mint tea, music, or a friendly game night with fellow travelers.

With direct budget flights from London, Manchester, and Bristol, plus airport pickup included — this short break is one of the easiest ways to escape, recharge, and try something totally new.

No Crowds
Skip the crowded spots and enjoy sessions in lesser-known, uncrowded breaks.

Beginner-Friendly Surf Lessons in Morocco
Our surf school is led by a team of passionate Moroccan surf champions and ISA-certified instructors who live and breathe surfing. Whether you’re stepping on a surfboard for the first time or you’ve already tried a few waves back home, our surf coaching is adapted to your level and confidence.
You’ll be part of small surf groups — with a maximum of 8 students per instructor — ensuring personal attention and a hands-on approach. We separate lessons based on ability so you can progress at your own pace. Beginners will start on the beach and in the whitewater, learning the essentials like paddling, pop-up technique, and ocean safety. If you’re a fast learner or already comfortable in the water, you might join the intermediate group and head out into the line-up to start catching green waves.
Each lesson is broken into two sessions, with a beach lunch break in between. This gives you plenty of time to practice, rest, and reflect on what you’ve learned with the help of your coach.
More than just a lesson, it’s a full surf experience — our instructors are always there with tips, support, and high-fives. You’ll learn how to:
Paddle correctly with power and control
Understand how waves work and pick the right ones
Pop up with balance and timing
Start turning and riding your first open-faced waves
And if the conditions allow, we’ll even capture your sessions on camera so you can review your progress and take home awesome footage.
Our surf coaching is what makes this trip truly stand out — you won’t just have fun, you’ll actually learn how to surf and walk away with real skills and confidence in the ocean.

The Best Surf Spots in Morocco for Beginners
We take you to the best local spots depending on the tides & conditions. These include:
Devil’s Rock – a mellow beach break, ideal for learning.
Banana Beach – soft whitewater waves.
Crocro – beautiful beach with long rides for beginners.
Each day we explore a new beach so you get the full Moroccan surf experience. You can read more about the surf spots we visit and what makes each one special for beginner surfers.

Safety in Tamraght: Tamraght is a small, peaceful surf village popular with solo travellers and female tourists. The local community is welcoming, and it’s common to see people walking alone even after sunset. As always, use common sense like you would anywhere else: don’t walk alone late at night in unfamiliar places, keep your valuables safe, and dress respectfully in town areas.
Language: English is widely spoken in tourist areas, but learning a few French or Arabic words is appreciated.
Currency: Morocco uses the Dirham (MAD). It’s a closed currency, so exchange or withdraw cash once you arrive.
Religion: Morocco is a Muslim country. Respect local customs, especially during Ramadan.

Tipping: Tipping is common and appreciated (e.g. 10% in restaurants).
SIM Cards: Local SIM cards with data are cheap and easy to buy.
Water: Stick to bottled water.
