At the coastline you find some nice restaurants for a beach lunch. A good restaurant at Imouran beach is Chez Brahim (the first restaurant that setted up at this beach, and the one with the most delicious fish meals!) and you can rent parasols and beach chairs.

It is smart to take a complete day to go to the valley, in the early mornings it is still quiet. Go for a nice lunch in one of the restaurants. The serve delicious tajines with veggies growing in the area.
